Further to our recent announcement, introducing NEOMA, we are excited to be able to provide another update on our next steps and how you can get involved to help shape our development roadmap.
Dashboards and reporting
Dashboards and contextual reporting will be a prominent feature as users navigate NEOMA, providing meaningful metrics with at-a-glance visibility and quick insights into some of the most important business processes. It can also be used to monitor KPIs in real time, identify areas for improvement, and make fact-based decisions that will help achieve desired outcomes.
Case management
Case management will provide users with all the information needed to drive quick and informed decisions over ongoing cases. The dynamic nature of the case management framework allows users to stay on top of tasks, checklists, and processes, with the flexibility to navigate with ease.
Stakeholder engagement
The next step is to engage with our valued customers and stakeholders in PHILIS. This will be vital to the development of NEOMA, and in doing so, we hope to provide you with an opportunity to voice your opinions and also ensure that we have a shared vision amongst our key influencers.
Feedback wanted
We would like you to complete a brief questionnaire to capture your feedback, including what you find works well within PHILIS and your current pain points. These might include a specific problem you face within the existing software. We also welcome any suggestions for additional features or enhanced functionalities that would provide added value to your port health activities.
